Who We Are

The Fire House Stove Shoppe was founded in 2012 by retired Lieutenant Firefighter Jeffrey Horton. Having responded to so many chimney fires and fires caused by improper installation of stoves and inserts, Lt. Horton realized what his next line of duty would be…helping homes stay warm, safely.

We are a non-commission store - employees are paid by the hour not the stove. We are here to help, not up sell.

Our Mission is Simple:

-Provide the best customer service by educating our customers about their wants and needs
-Find cost-effective solutions to navigate around challenging situations regarding installation
-Continue growing relationships with our customers for follow-up services like sweepings, cleanings, warranty/repair work
